Fox Restaurant Concepts

 Fox Restaurant Concepts, founded by Arizona’s own Sam Fox, is a creative culinary community with a portfolio of 9 distinct restaurant brands including Culinary Dropout, The Henry, and Blanco Tacos and Tequila. During her marketing internship, Alexis assisted the brand managers in creating a new organic social media strategy unique to each separate restaurant brand. She curated and monitored social media content from September 2019 to January 2020.
